the owner was waiting outside to help with our bags upon arrival, and check-in was efficient. the room, although on the ground floor instead of the higher room we had requested, was clean and comfortable. the hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from the beachfront, was fantastic. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and any requests we had were quickly accommodated. Sino House provided excellent quality for the price, making it a great choice for budget travelers. Cons: Nothing to be said.

The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering assistance throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond, arranging transportation and even driving us to sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great value for money.
